Transactional Analysis for Transformative Educational Practice

Education is never just about learning. It shapes how we see ourselves, who belongs, whose stories are heard, and whose are quietly erased.

Education has the power to awaken, to challenge, and to transform. But within systems shaped by hierarchy and privilege, it can also reinforce the very narratives it promises to break.

Using the theories and principles of educational transactional analysis, together we will look deeper into what it means to encounter education - beyond classrooms, beyond curriculum, and into the stories that shape us all.

Designed for educators, facilitators, and practitioners working where learning, growth, and human connection matters most.

This work is especially relevant for those in adult learning, community education, schools, colleges, and other educational settings. It also speaks to professionals working with children, young people, parents, and those in caring, supportive, or community-focused roles.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

I offer professional training for individuals, groups, and institutions, designed to deepen understanding and practical application of Transactional Analysis (TA).

Courses include the internationally recognised TA101, providing a strong foundation in the core concepts of TA, alongside advanced training in Educational Transactional Analysis and specialist workshops focused on specific areas of TA theory and practice.

I also work in partnership with schools, training institutes, and other educational organisations to design bespoke training programmes tailored to the needs of their teams, staff development, and organisational learning.

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT

Whether you are beginning your TA journey or working at an advanced level, I offer one-to-one professional support, including: TA supervision, academic writing support, group supervision and support for those following the accreditation pathway.

COMMUNITY & DIALOGUE

Learning is strengthened through conversation, reflection, and shared inquiry.

I facilitate discussion groups, collaborative learning spaces, and community conversations that explore the questions and challenges shaping education today. This work is developed in collaboration with international trainers and educators, creating opportunities for diverse perspectives, meaningful dialogue, and collective learning.

You are warmly invited to bring your curiosity, your experience, and your voice to these conversations.
